Who we are

JonesReminders is operated by Antonio Jones. This policy explains how I handle personal information through jonesreminders.com, demo bookings, communications, and the managed reminder service. For privacy questions, contact antojones@jonesreminders.com or write to the mailing address above.

Information collected

When you book a demo or contact me, I collect information you provide, such as your name, email, mobile number, business name, current booking tool, estimated monthly intro bookings, appointment details, timezone, and messaging preferences. I keep consent and opt-out records and relevant communications, including SMS replies and delivery information.

The website and its service providers may receive technical information needed to operate and protect the site, such as browser, device, IP address, and access logs. When you become a client, I also keep setup information, service instructions, billing references, and support records. Stripe processes payment details; I do not ask you to enter full card details into a JonesReminders website form.

How information is used

I use information to arrange and conduct demos, send requested appointment messages, configure and maintain the service, answer questions, process billing, honor preferences, troubleshoot problems, and meet applicable obligations. Do not include medical information or other sensitive personal details in booking answers or texts.

Information handled for business clients

A client business may provide customer appointment details so JonesReminders can send that business’s reminders under its instructions. The client determines why those reminders are sent and is responsible for appropriate notices and permissions. Requests about a client’s customer records should ordinarily go to that business first; I will assist it as appropriate. Client records are not used to build a JonesReminders marketing list.

SMS preferences

Consent to demo appointment texts applies to the described JonesReminders booking use case. Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent or HELP for assistance. You can also contact antojones@jonesreminders.com. Withdrawal stops future texts; it does not itself cancel an appointment or paid subscription. Use the booking-management link or billing portal for those actions.

Service providers and disclosures

I use Squarespace for the website, Cal.com for scheduling, Google services for calendars, meetings and relevant files, Make for automation, Twilio for messaging, and Stripe for payments. These providers process information as needed to perform their roles and may also handle information under their own terms and privacy notices. I may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and security, or in connection with a lawful business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

I do not sell personal information or share mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing. Necessary service providers may process that information to deliver the messages and operate the service.

Meetings and recordings

With participants’ permission, I may record a Google Meet call for setup notes and service improvement. I give notice and ask before recording. You may decline and continue without recording. Access is restricted, and recordings are not used in public marketing without separate permission.

Cookies and similar technologies

The launch site does not intentionally use Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, advertising campaigns with tracking cookies, or a newsletter signup. Squarespace and embedded booking services may still use technical cookies, storage, and logs. The site’s actual cookie controls and notices describe the options available. Additional optional tracking will be reviewed and disclosed before it is introduced.

Retention and security

I retain information for the service and the purposes described here, taking account of appointment timing, support needs, disputes, legal obligations, and opt-out preferences. I remove or de-identify information when it is no longer needed. Minimal records may remain to honor opt-outs or meet legitimate obligations. Service providers may retain information under their own applicable retention practices.

I use reasonable access restrictions and account protections appropriate to this service. No system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where the service providers operate.

Your choices and contact

Contact antojones@jonesreminders.com to request access, correction, or deletion, or to ask a privacy question. I may verify your identity before responding. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law and the information involved. The service is intended for adult business users and adult appointment programs, not children. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact me. I will update this policy when practices change and display the revised effective date.
